Vegetarian, Gluten-Free


  1. Two table spoons Turmerind paste from Indian grocery store
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 cup water


Mix together all the ingredients in sauce pan.
Cook it for five minutes until it becomes thick as sauce.
If it is too sour then add more brown sugar till you like the taste.  It will stay good in refrigerator for many days.


This sauce taste good with pakodas or many wadas.
