Week of October 29  - November 04, 2018

"Disease of the nervous system is the cause of all other diseases. Self-Realization Fellowship teaches a special technique by which you can revive damaged nerve tissues by sending energy into them. Each cell and tissue in the nervous system is an intelligent, living thing. You should know how to treat nerve cells so they will not be destroyed. Keep them cheerful always, by calmness and right thoughts."

• Guruji said that “Group Meditation is a castle that protects the new spiritual aspirants as well as the veteran meditators. Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism.”  Our Center hosts group meditations every Thursday night from 7:30 to 9:30 PM and from 7:00 to 10:00 PM on the first Thursday of the month. Meditations last about 45 minutes, along with a reading and chants. Devotees may enter or leave the service quietly at any time. We hope that you are able to attend.

• Please join us this and every Sunday after the services for our weekly juice social in the Sunday School building.
