This Week's Services:

Please join us this Sunday, May 06 or our weekly Service Reading entitled “The Mother Aspect of God.”   The service is from 11 am to 12 noon. Sunday School for children ages 3-12 is also held from 11 am to 12 noon Parents with younger children may enjoy the service from the infant room located in the Sunday School building.  The Reading Service is preceded by a meditation service from 10 to 10:45 am, and by group practice of the Self-Realization Fellowship Energization Exercises at 9:40am The Center is open to the public for services and special activities.

• The commemorative service of the Birthday of Swami Sri Yukteswar will be held in the chapel today from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The service will be preceded by a meditation from 7:00 pm to 7:50 pm. All devotees who are acquainted with the Guru-disciple relationship are welcome to attend. Please bring a flower or flowers as a sign of devotion and a monetary offering in an envelope. The donations are sent to Self-Realization Fellowship.


• This Saturday, May 12, our Chapel will remain open from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm for open meditation.

• Our next Harmonium Workshop will be held this Sunday, May 13 in the chapel. This workshop is open to all members and friends who are interested in either joining the Kirtan Group or would simply like to learn how to play the SRF cosmic chants on the harmonium. If you own a personal harmonium, we request that you please bring it with you to the workshop. If you have any questions about the workshop, or do not have a harmonium of your own, you may contact Arjun (arjunraghuraman@gmail.com) or Jahnavi.


• We are pleased to let you know that registration is still open for the 2018 Summer Day Program for teens and children between the ages of 7 to 18. The girls’ week is June 25 - 29 and the boys’ week is July 2-6. With guidance from SRF monastics, teens and children will have an opportunity to deepen their relationship with God, learn SRF techniques of meditation, and create friendships with spiritually-minded peers. Applications are available online. For details about this program, please pick up a flyer from the chapel foyer or visit the SRF website at www.yogananda-srf.org. Scholarships are available.
