This Week's Services:

Please join us this Sunday, April 29 or our weekly Service Reading entitled “What is Love?”   The service is from 11 am to 12 noon. Sunday School for children ages 3-12 is also held from 11 am to 12 noon Parents with younger children may enjoy the service from the infant room located in the Sunday School building.  The Reading Service is preceded by a meditation service from 10 to 10:45 am, and by group practice of the Self-Realization Fellowship Energization Exercises at 9:40am The Center is open to the public for services and special activities.

• Our monthly all-day meditation retreat will be held this Saturday, April 28. This month we will have an open, 12 hour non-conducted meditation from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. You are welcome to join us at any time but we ask that you sign in when you arrive and that you enter and exit the chapel quietly.


• Registration for the Spring 2018 Silent retreat at Villa de Matel closes at midnight on Thursday, April 26. Please go to http://www.srfhouston.org/villa-de-matel-retreat/  if you would like to register, and remember to select the day and time you plan to arrive. The retreat will be held from Thursday, May 3, through Sunday, May 6, with the option of joining on Friday, May 4.


• We are pleased to let you know that registration is still open for the 2018 Summer Day Program for teens and children between the ages of 7 to 18. The girls’ week is June 25 - 29 and the boys’ week is July 2-6. With guidance from SRF monastics, teens and children will have an opportunity to deepen their relationship with God, learn SRF techniques of meditation, and create friendships with spiritually-minded peers. Applications are available online. For details about this program, please pick up a flyer from the chapel foyer or visit the SRF website. Scholarships are available.
