This Week's Services:

Please join us this Sunday, March 26 for our weekly Service Reading entitled “In God is All Happiness."  The service is from 11 am to 12 noon. Sunday School for children ages 3-12 is also held from 11 am to 12 noon. Parents with younger children may enjoy the service from the infant room located in the Sunday School building. The Reading Service is preceded by a meditation service from 10 to 10:45 am, and by group practice of the Self-Realization Fellowship Energization Exercises at 9:40am The Center is open to the public for services and special activities.

Announcements:

 

• Our monthly all-day meditation retreat will be held this Saturday, March 25. This month we will have an open, 12 hour non-conducted meditation from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. You are welcome to join us at any time but we ask that you sign in when you arrive and that you enter and exit the chapel quietly.

 

• Our next Day of Service and Fellowship will be held on Saturday, April 1 starting at 8:30 am. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP by filling out the sign-up sheet located in the chapel foyer as this will help us to organize head count for lunch on the Day of Service.



• Beginning next Sunday April 2, on the first Sunday of the month, there will be a new Service for teens, ages 13-18, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, in the Morgan Building. Meditation, energization exercises, chanting and teachings from the lessons of Paramahansa Yogananda will be included in each service.

 

• We would like to remind everyone to please refrain from street parking on Golf Drive when attending service at our Houston Center and instead use the Hare Krishna temple parking lot. If you observe anyone parking on the street, we encourage you to politely request them to park in the temple parking lot across the street.

 

• On Sunday, April 16, we will have our Easter potluck social immediately after services. If you would like to contribute a dish for the potluck, please email Sudha at vasudhaven@yahoo.com A signup sheet is also available in the chapel foyer.

 

• Please join us this and every Sunday after the services for our weekly juice social in the Sunday School building.
