Week of August 10 - August 16, 2015

“Most people think there is only darkness behind closed eyes. But as you develop spiritually and concentrate on the ‘single’ eye in the forehead, you will find that your inner sight is opened. You will behold another world, one of many lights and great beauty. Visions of saints, such as those I saw of Himalayan yogis, will appear before you. If your concentration goes still deeper, you too will hear the Voice of God.”

 - Paramahansa Yogananda

The Center is open to the public for services and special activities.

Weekly Affirmation:

“I will do away with the mockery of parroting prayer. I will pray deeply until the darkness of meditation burns with Thy Flaming Presence.”

Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism.”  Our Center hosts group meditations every Thursday night from 7:30 to 9:30 PM and from 7:00 to 10:00 PM on the first Thursday of the month. Meditations last about 45 minutes, along with a reading and chants. Devotees may enter or leave the service quietly at any time. We hope that you are able to attend.
